One-Pan Turmeric Chicken

 I have held off on making this chicken dish for nearly half a week. I had bought all the ingredients for it but I just wasn't feeling it. Tonight I finally buckled down and made it and boy am I glad! It surpassed my (low) expectations and blew them out of the water. 

The dish was super easy to make - although I did have to ask my good friend google how to cut a fennel bulb (it was so foreign I didn't even know what end to use or how to cut it). Basically you just chop a few things, toss it all in a pan, pop it into the oven and let it cook. Super easy and it came out super tasty. I especially loved the extra flavor that the fennel bulb added to the overall dish.

5/5 definitely make again!!
